Report: Google In Talks To Acquires WhatsApp For About $1 Billion

There are one-to-many times you do have used WhatsApp, but do you know actually that what your favorite messaging applications worth of? If, you don’t have any idea, then we have the big numbers with us today. According to a report on Digital Trends (via CNET), Google is in talks to acquire the messaging application platform WhatsApp and that too for a price of worth $1 billion. Yes, a big billion dollar price tags over on it.

The publication citing a person who claims to have knowledge of the negotiations says that both the companies have been in talk for “four to five weeks” and what, if it turned out to be true, then the WhatsApp successfully able to push the acquisition price to nearly $1 billion. The app, which allows users on different mobile platforms, Android, iOS, BlackBerry and Windows Phone, to instant-message with each other and not only this, but also send images, audio and video messages.

The story still nothing but an unconfirmed report from either of the company, but as soon as more information comes into picture we will update you accordingly.
