With news last month that Sony Computer Entertainment will release the open beta version of PlayStation Suite SDK next month, it’s happening now. Developers can now download the free Suite SDK, which is up at some point later this year, signing a $99-per-year contract will allow developers to sell their content in the PlayStation Store. It will allow them to create apps and games for the PS Vita and PlayStation Certified devices. There is not much information from the company side as of now although the FAQ does say that games must either paid or freemium with an in-app purchasing system which is expected to come later this year.
