According to latest report from Pingdom, Paraguay’s internet speed is up 715% in 4 years time. Pingdom’s post is based on Akamai’s latest report on the state of the Internet in Q4 2011. The blog further says that iIn terms of a percentage increase, the top 10 list of countries is comprised of Paraguay, Moldova, and Azerbaijan in the top three, followed by Qatar, Armenia, Lithuania, Colombia, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, and Mauritius.
