Offline Group Meetings Networking Site Meetup Surpasses 100 Million RSVPs

The famous online social networking portal Meetup which facilitates offline group meetings in various locations around the world has just surpassed 100 million RSVPs for meetups. The company CEO Scott Heiferman shared the news of achieving milestone via a tweet.

Interestingly, you would be delighted to know how the journey begins which let the company to achieve such a milestone, going back in 2004, Heiferman co-founded the NY Tech Meetup, which at that time having more than 30,000 members.

While counting on numbers, 100 million RSVPs for meetups, the current streaming RSVP ticket is at 70, 13.5 million members, and 2.69 million RSVPs a month. No doubt the company again holds a stronger potential to hit another 100 million RSVPs pretty much soon, thanks to the current rate of action it is bringing in.
