Although NTT Docmo hitting itself so high with full focus on partner role in a way so that the carrier boost its overseas sales, but what this Japan’s company president told Reuters that the NTT Docomo has sold 2.8 million smartphones since back from April and is expecting to achieve its sales target of 13 million smartphones in the year to next March. “We believe that by offering a varied lineup of smartphones with high levels of services we will be able to compete with our rivals,” said Kaoru Kato, who took over as Docomo president in June. The carrier also expecting to sell over a million new generation Galaxy smartphones this business year in Japan.
