Nokia Unveils Asha 305, Asha 306 And Asha 311

Nokia has unveiled three new touch screen devices for its Asha series: Asha 305, Asha 306 and Asha 311, further expanding the successful Asha family, which was first introduced in October 2011. With the introduction of this three Asha devices, the company as of today having 10 Asha devices available in more than 130 markets.

The Nokia Asha 305 is a dual SIM phone, features a bright and colorful 3-inch WQVGA resistive touch screen along with Bluetooth and Dual Band connectivity, 2-megapixel camera, having forty EA games available for download, Nokia Maps and Nokia Browser. The estimated retail price for Nokia Asha 305 is EUR 63 (about $79) and it’s expected to start shipping in the second quarter of 2012.

The Nokia Asha 306 is the sister device to the Nokia Asha 305. Along with all the features that come with Asha 305, such as bright and colorful, 3″ WQVGA resistive touch screen and 40 EA games for download, the Nokia Asha 306 also provides WLAN, enabling users to stay connected while on the move. It also supports video streaming through both GPRS and WLAN. The estimated retail price for Nokia Asha 306 is EUR 68 (about $85) and expected to start shipping in the third quarter of 2012.

The Nokia Asha 311 features 3.0-inch scratch resistant, capacitive glass screen, polarised display filters for better usability in direct sunlight, WLAN, 3.2-megapixel camera, 1GHz processor, Music Player, FM Radio and Internet Radio, HSPA connectivity and Nokia Maps and Nokia Life (in selected markets). The Nokia Asha 311 has an estimated retail price of EUR 92 (about $111) and expected to start shipping in the third quarter of 2012.
