Today at the D: Dive Into Mobile Conference, the head of Windows Phone, Terry Myerson presents a whole new picture of ongoing mobile operating system war. Myerson says that iOS may be running out of steam, Android “a mess,” Samsung is only OEM making money off Android, Chrome is inflexible.

There is no doubt on such competing edge picture puts in front of all, especially when saying words over on its rivals. On asking about what makes Windows Phone a tough to sell device in North America, Myerson says Windows Phones are in the $200-$300 price range pre-carrier subsidies and have to compete with high price devices.
