The first demos of working Metro apps for Windows 8 are out with Windows 8 Consumer Preview today. Microsoft showed a WordPress app that allows you to share content directly with a charm. Amazon has created an app of its Kindle but wait it is too in Metro version. A Cookbook app and Cut the Rope was shown to demonstrate how easy it was to turn HTML5 content into full apps. There are icons of the Telegraph, USA Today, Slacker, and Daily Motion.
