Although Microsoft’s CEO Steve Ballmer having big plans of giving all its full-time staff free Surface RT, Windows Phone 8 and new Windows 8 PCs, but now the time to give it to the whole of the world. Microsoft has announced a Windows 8 event scheduled to be held in New York City this October 25th, while the new operating system will become generally available on the next day itself, October 26th.
