Microsoft at Computex 2013 earlier today, the software giant’s CFO and CMO Tami Reller confirmed that Windows RT tablets will be going to get Outlook 2013 with it as part of the Windows 8.1 update. Moreover, the email client will join Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote – its Office 2013 RT counterparts preinstalled on Surface RT tablet and other Windows RT devices.

The new Outlook has much to offer, the company claims, which include a streamlined user experience which will reduce clutter. Even, the new version will be optimized for touchscreens and will come include with collectible of new features, include inline reply and ‘peeks.’

Seems like Microsoft doing anything possible to bring back its Windows 8 (with via Windows 8.1) sales back on track in anyway.
