The Verge citing “sources” reports that Microsoft reportedly testing a modified Internet Explorer 9 version on its Xbox 360 gaming console. With the updated version, the company is aiming to expand in the functionality to open up a full browser for the console. Currently the Xbox 360 currently includes Bing voice search, but it’s limited to media results only. The company also integrated Kinect gestures and voice control. There are no words on launch date but with the E3 round the corner, we expect to hear the official details from Microsoft.
