Korean Court Reaches Split Decision, Says Apple, Samsung Infringed Each Other’s Patents

One or another, but you will find both of them together – Dodged on what I am talking about, well I am talking about two tech giant who have been found mostly standing as rival in front of each other. Although Samsung and Apple trial going on in the United States, but on other case Korean Court has reached on split decision, and had found Apple guilty of infringing two Samsung patents, The Wall Street Journal reports.

A panel of three-judge found Apple infringed on two of patents that Samsung owned and ruled that the company must stop selling its infringing products in the country. But what interesting in the quest is that, noted by WSJ reporter Evan Ramstad that most of the affected products are no longer sold in Korea. The list of affected products includes iPhone 3Gs, iPhone 4, and the first and second generation iPad.
