Japan’s NTT Docomo announced today that subscribers to its extra-high speed LTE mobile service Xi surpassed four million on July 22. Xi reached four million subscribers in just one and a half months time after it earlier surpassed the three million mark on June 8, 2012. Last week only we reported that NTT Docomo sold 2.8 million smartphones since back from April and even now expecting to achieve its sales target of 13 million smartphones in the year to next March. Subscribers of Xi (pronounced ‘crossy’), enjoy download speeds of up to 75 Mbps to their device. So, what you are waiting for, if you are in Japan, then why to cherish with low speed.
