Japan’s DoCoMo Invests $2.55 Million In Brazil, Forms A Subsidiary In The Country

Spreading its footprint in international market, Japan’s telco NTT DoCoMo announced plans to establish its business in Brazil, its first of entrant country in Latin America. The company reportedly investing 5.1 million BRL (about $2.55 million) for opening up its wholly-owned subsidiary based in Brazil’s capital city Sáo Paulo.

The subsidiary will focus on offering services for Japanese corporate customers in the Brazil as well as working towards looking forward for more great and big business opportunities in other parts of the continent. The company’s Brazil division, DOCOMO Brasil Serviços de Telecomunicaçáo will be headed up by company president Hiroaki Obuchi.
