Internet And Cell Phones In Syria Are Restored After Two Days Of Being Offline

Back on Thursday last week, we reported that Internet in Syria is down with no words on actual reason known. Two days now after being offline, the country’s internet services started to restore on Saturday. Both Renesys and CloudFlare confirmed that internet access in the country is coming back with restoration began at 14:32 UTC.

Similarly, British publication BBC reported that internet service in the country’s capital Damascus has been back, while there is no proper indication that on what actual numbers internet access available. Other publication, CNN citing the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that both internet and cell phone are back on track to most of Syrian provinces.
