There is never an ending on smartphone wars not only in bringing the new models in the market but also over the technology that is required to use the substantial in making. Foss Patent (via Apple Insider) is reporting that HTC has filed two counterclaims: numbered 7,571,221 and 7,120,684 in ongoing litigation with Apple. The mobile company filed the claims in the Southern District of Florida, claiming that the iPhone maker is infringing on patents which it acquired back in December from Hewlett-Packard (HP). The first patent 7,571,221 covers “installation of network services in an embedded network server,” while the second patent 7,120,684 covers a “method and system for central management of a computer network.”
