HTC Announces Desire X: Android 4.0, 1GHz Qualcomm Processor, 4-inch Super LCD Screen

Although HTC keeping a low profile at this year’s IFA 2012 Berlin event but minutes ago the company unveiled the HTC Desire X, formerly known as Proto. The phone features a dual-core 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, 768MB of RAM, 4-inch LCD WVGA (480 x 800 pixels) Super LCD display, 1,650mAh battery, along with space for a microSD card, 5-megapixel camera, a f/2.0, 28mm wide-angle lens, BSI sensor, HDR mode and automatic adjustable flash and a full-sized SIM and runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The company is also offering a 25GB of DropBox. HTC Desire X will be available in selected markets across EMEA and Asia Pacific from September 2012.
