Speaking with AllThingsD, Google’s chairman and CEO Eric Schmidt says Android versus Apple is the “defining contest” in which Google is leading the game although there are no clear figure that says how much money Android is making. Schmidt says there are 1.3 million activations every day while there are one billion mobile devices within a year.
