Google Reportedly Settle With FTC Over Its Alleged Misuse Of Patents

This New Year lets Google to finally have its wing off, according to Bloomberg citing “three people familiar with the matter,” the search giant will reportedly settled with the FTC on Thursday over its alleged misuse of patents. The settlement will be made on the basis of voluntary agreement and a consent decree on the company’s alleged misuse of patents.

Counting back in June 2011, FTC opened up a broad antitrust investigation into the company’s performance with adding on from Microsoft which several months later had filed a complaint with the FTC claiming the Google had illegally changed its advertising rates affecting the tech giant performance.
