According to a report on 9to5Mac, Google Maps updated for iOS started rolling out with iPad support, enhanced navigation and indoor mapping. The new Maps for iOS also added support for larger touch-screens.

Another addition includes an Explore function – which is integrated with Zagat ratings and deals via Google Offers – which lets you browse popular places such as restaurants, shopping, playing, and sleeping.

The publication further added that the Maps latest update has begun rolling out in some of Asian countries but still not available in the United States yet although some users have success in downloading the latest version by deleting the current and downloading it via iCloud.
