Google today announced that the Product Listing Ads are now eligible to appear on smartphones globally, with aim to extend the shopping experience already available on desktops and tablets. The Ads mean that the time when a user enters a shopping related search, a commercial format which will displays products in a single unit as it may appear above organic search results. The Ads will be labelled as “Sponsored” and will includes rich product images, prices, retailers and more.
Google bringing this mobile shopping experience in all markets which being currently serving Product Listing Ads. In order to have your products eligible to display in this new unit for smartphones, you need to upgrade your Product Listing Ads to enhanced campaigns, while if you already did, then your products will automatically be eligible to display in the new unit for smartphones.
