Google today announced that it has been adding Google Drive files and Calendar events to Gmail search for US users. The company as of now had been undergoing a trial of the feature. The feature in English is rolling out to US users “over the coming week” although there are no words yet over its international roll out.
The addition of feature means now you can see the results in the Google search box consisting of Google Drive files and Calendar events also along with the usual email messages. We will be looking forward for if company having any plan for international rollout of the feature and will update accordingly.
