Google Becomes No. 2 Most Valuable Tech Company, Last Traded At $761.78, Brings Market Cap To $248.89 Billion

Although Apple still tops the chart with attaining a ranking back in May 2010 above the par, with taking the title of the world’s most valuable technology company. But with yesterday’s closing, Google prove itself that it too can sustain in the world with higher ranking and position. The search giant closed the day at $761.98, up 0.99 percent, which brings the company’s total market capitalization to $248.89 billion. While Microsoft closed at $29.51, down 0.82 percent. The closing at up percentage results in to Google’s overtaking Microsoft’s value of $247.27 billion. Google last traded at $761.78, up 7.28 points (0.96%).
