Google Adds Nutrition Information In Its Search Results

Google today added a new Nutritional Search feature which let you know the information that the food you are having how many calories into in it. The search giant has made available the nutrition information directly in the search results. The company will be rolling out the feature in English from today and will be rolling out all over the US in next ten days.

“This new nutritional information builds on our work on the Knowledge Graph, which brings together all kinds of information from across the web that wasn’t easily accessible,” explains Ilya Mezheritsky, Product Manager at Google. “The graph helps us connect things that are related, even in cases when those foods have a completely different sounding name from what you asked.”
