EBay-owned PayPal is likely to announce a square-fighting credit card reader at a San Francisco event this Thursday focused on small businesses, GigaOm reports. The move which is expected as these days physical card reading systems like Square and others are getting lots of attention and is likely to be believed as next generation platforms for shops and enterprising individuals who owes iOS devices or Android device with them. In terms of competitor, Jack Dorsey’s Square top the chart and in the similar verge, GigaOm states that PayPal’s device may be triangular instead of the regular shapes.
