Facebook Unveils A New Feature For Advertisers: Lookalike Audiences

With only few weeks ago, Facebook tested “Lookalike Audiences” feature for advertisers, the company today make it public and revealed that it is all set to roll out to power editors this week itself. The new tool basically make in an aim to not only let marketers to sell only ads to a group of people but to have them potentially reached the customers who do share similar characteristics with their current ones.


With the feature, the social network can use attributes including interests or demographics and can show ads to people which share common attributes as their existing customers with giving the power to advertise any type of Facebook ad to these new groups of people potential customers. The company stated that the new targeting technique drives a huge range of success metrics for companies like Fab which serve on direct responses.
