Facebook To Acquire Atlas Advertiser Suite From Microsoft For The Rumored $100 Million Price Tag

The social giant Facebook today announced that it has agreed on to acquired the Atlas Advertiser Suite from Microsoft for the rumored $100 million price tag. There are no announcement on terms of the deal, although the price tag was being estimated by AdAge as well as cited by NBC Universal, saying the actual number will be somewhere around.

Cited by mentioning that Atlas is a “leader in campaign management and measurement for marketers and agencies” with a believe that the acquisition will “benefit both markets and users.” The social giant plans to improve Atlas capabilities with better user interface and functionality with the goal of making Atlas “effective, intuitive, and powerful ad serving, management and measurement platform” in the industry. Atlas is based in Seattle and the team will continue to operate from there.
