Facebook announced today that it has rolled out a newer version of Page Insights with bringing simple metrics, better publishing tools and engagement stats to all the Pages. The company first back in June asked testers to play with its new Page Insights, while after four months from that today it’s available to all Page owners.
Here’s what’s new:
- Simpler metrics: The PTAT (People Talking About This) metric now has been divided into separate elements – Page Likes, People Engaged, Page tags and mentions, Page checkins, and other interactions on a Page.
- Tools to publish better content: Metrics such as likes, comments, shares and clicks (positive interactions) and hide post, hide all posts, report as spam, unlike page (negative interactions) have been aggregated into a post-specific score card.
- Insights about people interacting with your page: Administrators now can both those they have reached and those who they have engaged with.
- A new Page Insights Export: Now you can download all the insights via the new Page Insights Export option.
