Facebook today announced that it is moving from Facebook Credits to local currency pricing although the company is in believe to launch the new feature some time in third quarter 2013. This means soon the new features debut the game developers will get 90 days time to switch over to it before it turned out to be the mandatory change.
The idea of using the local currency payments will simplifies the purchase experience for users, improves the performance of the payment flow and makes it easier for developers to price virtual goods for global audience. The company in the coming week’s time will provide further updates on when developers can begin integration.
