With the Facebook IPO approaching, it appears to be that the social giant is expanding from just a social networking site to a full-fledged web platform. Mashable reports that members of a Group can upload and share files of up to 25MB. Facebook says that “users can report files the same way they can with other content across the site.” The service currently will serve only to a “small percentage” of groups, and will roll out to more soon.
