Facebook Finally Announces Trusted Contacts, Better Way To Help If You Gets Hacked

The social giant today finally announced the global launch of its much awaited Trusted Contacts password recovery feature. Originally launched back in 2011 as Trusted Friends, Facebook has since rebranded it as Trusted Contacts. The feature will let you allow to designate between three to five friends of yours whom you can trust the most and can be contacted in the time if you find any problems accessing your user’s account.

The move which do somehow make difficult for hackers to crack the system, also come along with redesigning of and bringing some updates at par to improve its offerings. The feature along with this, also allow you to choose friends as well as managed anytime anything from Security Settings itself. As soon a friend being assigned for the role of Trusted contact, the company will reach out to him or her and ask them know that they aren’t caught off-headed.
