eBay Backed Ecommerce Solution Firm ChannelAdvisor Files For An IPO, Aims To Raise $86 Million

An ecommerce solution company backed by eBay, ChannelAdvisor has reportedly filing up for an initial public offering as it aims to raise $86 million. The company said in its filing registration statement on Form S-1 with the SEC although the number of shares units and the price range for the proposed offering has not yet been determined. The company planning to list its common stock on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “ECOM.”

Goldman, Sachs & Co. is acting as the lead book-running manager for the proposed offering while Stifel Nicolaus & Company; Incorporated is acting as a book-running manager. Pacific Crest Securities, BMO Capital Markets Corp., Needham & Company, and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. are acting as co-managers.
