With the new make a round up that Dell is reportedly in talks to take the company private, the trading of the company first halted and then taken a zoom up by 15%. According to Bloomberg, number of large banks in time has been contacted in order to discuss about possible financing of to buy the company.

Dell in its recent most quarter had revenue of $13.7 billion with a net income of $475 million. The company having a worth of around $20 billion with around $11 billion in cash although with now the company facing a slipping in global PC shipments, making it difficult market for the company.
