According to the latest figures from Canalys, Samsung and Apple both lost their shares to Chinese vendors in second quarter 2013 with Samsung maintaining a growth rate of 55 percent while Apple stands with 20 percent in growth. According to the latest numbers from Canalys, over more than 34 million tablets shipped in second quarter 2013 and Android overtakes iOS with 53 percent share as compared to 42.7 percent.
