Broadcom Launches Android 4.0 Embedded Smartphone

Broadcom Corporation launched its new Android 4.0 (ICS) Smartphone which is integrated with Android application. It consist of single and dual 1GHz ARM and dual Cortex A9s with size 40-nanometer core processors with Video Core graphics Technology that represents Android features. Specifications included internet connectivity with 3G modems up to 21 Mbps and HD video, Image Signal Processing (ISP) , concurrent dual-band Wi-Fi, multi-constellation (GPS+GLONASS) positioning, NFC and Bluetooth 4.0 .

Broadcom’s new technology is 3G platforms enabled handset integrated with 7.2/5.8 Mbps HSPA modem and low-power VGA video support and having camcorder capabilities up to 1080p. Image Signal Processor provides high quality imaging and it supports cameras up to 42 megapixels, with very low light capabilities and having wide dynamic range for the sharpest images, its ISP (Image Signal Processor can support cameras up to 42-megapixels .

The Company expects new technology fulfill buyer’s requirement cause of enhanced graphical interface, expansive video and imaging capabilities. The smart phone comes with long Battery life and low power consumption. The expected price of the smart phone in future will be below $299.00.
