AT&T announced today low-end prepaid Android Samsung Galaxy Appeal smartphone and is available at Walmart. The Galaxy Appeal will also be available in all other AT&T GoPhone distribution channels beginning July 15th. It operates on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and features a 3.2-inch touchscreen, the 3-megapixel rear-facing camera with 3x zoom. AT&T provided no photos or pricing for the device, but says that it will be available with AT&T’s data plans starting at 50MB for $5 a month, up to 1GB for $25 a month.
