The love between Apple and Samsung continues, in the latest way out Apple wins preliminary ruling in which Samsung infringes four of Apple patents, reports Bloomberg. The patents infringed related to Apple’s iPhone design and touch screen technology, including a patent co-invented by late Jobs. The ruling is part of a counter-suit that Cupertino filed back in July 2011 with the ITC. Samsung believes that “There is no legal basis for [the motion for injunction] by Apple. We will continue to serve our customers and sales of Samsung products will proceed as usual.” Although the ruling is currently of preliminary in nature unless until it can be reviewed by the full commission and in case, if it comes into existence completely, it holds the power to stop Samsung products being imported into US.
