Apple To Acquire Redmatica, A Small Startup Specializes In Digital Music-editing Apps

While having a classic edge at last day D10 conference, Tim Cook puts up a lot of view, planning and lot more, but today a big news coming from Apple’s den that the company has bought a small startup Redmatica, a small startup that specializes in digital music-editing apps, TechCrunch reports.

The news was reported by the Italian blog Fanpage, who discovered evidence of the acquisition in the reports of Italian regulatory agency AGCOM. Redmatica specializes in developing and selling software for digital music editing, having a piece of software called Keymap Pro. Fanpage notes that revenues at Redmatica were at less than €100,000 per year, with income of €26,000.
