Apple Sued Again In China, This Time For Siri Patent Infringement

Seems like along with Chinese people, Chinese companies love Apple too very much, as the latest to add is that Shanghai’s Zhi Zen Internet Technology filed a suit against Cupertino-based giant for Siri patent infringement, NASDAQ reports.

Earlier this week, just only a day after Apple finished its long-term iPad trademark fight in China, another trademark lawsuit from a Chinese household company called “Jiangsu Xuebao” and is for over Snow Leopard and now with today addition, adds two patent fights in total for the giant.

The publication reports that Chinese company spokesperson told them that they had send a letter to Apple in May with its complaint, but did not receive any response. The purpose of the suit to stop Apple from infringing its technology, spokesperson added.
