Yesterday only Microsoft secured rights of Xbox8.com and other domains in China, today another biggie, this time it’s Apple gain controls of iPad3.com, Fusible reports. More interesting is that it takes Apple only less than a week to grab it back after its initial complaint.

iPad3.com was registered back in January 2010, and was owned by a company called Global Access, based in Isle of Man. The publication reports that the domain is now controlled by Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton with the Whois record in the last 24 hours was updated reflecting the change in ownership from Global Access to Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton.
