Apple Samsung Apple Samsung Love Of Working Together Appears To Be Broken

The legal war between Apple and Samsung has reached the result in the UK Galaxy Tab design appeal. The Cupertino-based giant has lost its appeal in the UK over the High Court of Justice’s ruling stating that Samsung did not infringe the iPad, reports Reuters. Further, interesting thing happened is that Judge Kitchin ordered Apple to run a public apology saying that Samsung did not infringe its iPad design with best part is that the font size for the acknowledgement must be “no smaller than Ari[a]l 14,” the publication reports. Sounds interesting right but more good to see when Apple put this up in the public apology note.
