Apple just kicked off its iPhone event and for starting with the company’s CEO Tim Cook shared the big numbers:
- 83 million visitors visited Apple stores last year
- Downloaded total of 7 million copies of Mountain Lion
- Just last quarter the company sold a whopping 17 million iPads
- Seven million copies of Mountain Lion have been sold since launch
- iPad accounts for 91% of all the web traffic from tablets
- 90% of the apps in that 700k are downloaded every month. The average customer uses over 100 apps
