Apple which found itself in trouble last week when The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission made an application to the Federal Court in Melbourne for orders against the company for alleged contraventions of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), has written to its customers as it begins to follow up on its proposal to refund buyers of the new iPad in the country.
