Apple Appeals Over Chinese Court Decision Offering Encyclopaedia of China Publishing House An Award Of $84,000

The Jinghua Times reports that the Cupertino-giant has appealed over the Chinese court decision that offers the Encyclopedia of China Publishing House an award of RMB 520,000 ($84,000). The lawsuit was filed again Apple after discovering the piracy in its work on the App Store, although the awarded amount is not a big number for Apple, but still the company don’t want to leave any stone unturned as at the end its not responsibility in complete manner if one can think of. But, the court believes that Apple too had profited from the sales and that’s why it has to pay Encyclopaedia of China Publishing House the award.
