According to the latest figures from IDC, Google’s Android now having 75 percent market share in the third quarter of 2012, while iOS and BlackBerry stands on number 2 and number 3 position with 14.9 percent and 4.3 percent respectively. As per the estimates, the total number of Android smartphone shipments made in the quarter worldwide has reached 136 million units. Predicting for the fourth quarter that’s already started will clearly indicate that Android will play the lead again as the most used and most successful operating system among all as Google’s recently announced Nexus 4 and Nexus 10, so it will definitely add much more frills to it.
