As reported earlier, Bloomberg reports that Amazon is working on development of smartphone. Citing “one of the people” as a source, the publication says that Foxconn is working with Amazon to build the device. Although there is not much information detailed out there, but earlier reports suggest that the company will be bringing its latest version on July 31st. Mark Mahaney, an analyst with Citigroup, said in November that Amazon is planning to release a smartphone, and now it looks like turning true. It would be a 10-inch tab, featuring quad-core processor, front-facing camera, microUSB and HDMIout port. The device will cost your pocket $150 giving an edge to Google’s recently announced Galaxy Nexus 7 tablet, which comes at a cost of $199.
