Amazon today at its press conference event giving a vibrant update to that of Kindle Direct Publishing has announced Kindle Serials, an instalment-based e-reader publishing program. This means that the buyers will pay only once and receive all instalments at no extra cost, the launch price for all instalments is $1.99.
