Acer on Friday has brought it on three new devices in a New York City event: the Aspire R7, the Aspire P3 and the Iconia A1. The Aspire R7 is a desktop-cum-laptop combo; the Aspire P3 is an ultrabook while the Iconia A1 is a tablet. The company with these devices has set up a whole new target range of mere $100.
It would definitely sounds interesting for rivals who keep working hard to bring something similar, better or almost look-alike devices in the market but with such a target, it do asked every other company who being developing a tablet to think again on what to bring in the market.
“Tablets are becoming cherished companions to many people as they stay connected and entertained throughout their day,” said Sumit Agnihotry, vice president of product marketing, Acer America.
“We want everyone to experience that. Everything that makes tablets so enjoyable is even better on the perfectly-sized Acer Iconia A1. The design is comfortable to hold, while the sleek build makes it a natural extension for anyone who wants to keep their digital life right at their fingertips.”
