It definitely would be a good day for the person name Adam Crouchley, a man residing in the Waikato region on New Zealand’s northern island but not for Apple. Crouchley suing Apple in New Zealand for cancelling mispriced $35 website order actually worth $1600. Crouchley has put up an order on Apple’s Australian arm website worth of $1600 for only $35, due to mispriced pricing on the site. Even after placing the order, crouchley received shipping notifications as well as email confirmation and his credit card was charged. But, all happen in vain, when in few days, Apple recognizes it as mistake and cancelled part of the order, but only for the things not being shipped yet. Just, in lieu of that, Crouchley has filed a lawsuit against Cupertino giant. What more to say, things happen like this also.
