An innovation that helps create a new market and even value network is termed as disruptive innovation. Disruptive innovation is used in business and technology literature often to describe innovations that improve a product or services in ways that the market does not expect either, typically first by designing for a different set of consumers in the new market and later by lowering prices in existing market.

Eloqua and JESS3 partnered together and create an interesting “disruptive innovation” Infographic celebrating the birth of disruptive innovations. The Infographic launch coincides with a large company product announcements in which four “disruptions” are converge, namely, email, tablets, marketing automation and revenue performance management.
